Advanced Peroxide Cleaner — Mold & Mildew Stain Remover

Description

Our revolutionary hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner provides performance unmatched by any other peroxide-based cleaner. It aggressively removes stains caused by mold and mildew on porous, semi-porous, and non-porous materials. Developed with innovative chemistry and a unique manufacturing process, this proprietary formulation releases the product’s maximum oxidation potential. This allows for a lower concentration product that is not DOT regulated.

Application Procedures

• Always test textiles and fabrics for color stability in an inconspicuous area prior to use.

• Advanced Peroxide Cleaner can be applied using a trigger or pump sprayer, airless spray, mop, or brush.

• Saturate the affected area thoroughly, ensuring it remains wet for at least 10 minutes.

• Use only clean application equipment free of dirt and debris. Never return unused product to the original container; dispose of any leftover material in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Allow the cleaner sufficient dwell time (typically 5 to 10 minutes) for the oxidation process to lift stains and particulates through foaming action. Dwell time may vary depending on substrate thickness and porosity.

• Once a foam layer develops, agitation with a stiff nylon bristle brush will improve soil removal.

• A second application may be necessary to achieve desired results.

• Before the cleaner dries, thoroughly wipe the surface clean. Full brightening effects will be visible within 24 hours as the surface dries.

• For complete remediation, follow cleaning with disinfection using Shockwave or Shockwave RTU.

• Approximately 500 sq. ft. per gallon on porous surfaces

Storage

• Store securely closed, upright, and in the original container.

• Do not store in direct sunlight or temperatures below freezing or above 100°F to maintain product potency.

• If the product freezes, thaw at room temperature and gently shake to remix components.

• Keep in a locked area inaccessible to children.

• Note: Vented caps can leak if the container is placed on its side.
