Return/Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Professional Carpet Cleaners Supply, you can return the product , exchange the product for other item(s) of equal value or receive store credit. Our policy is simple:

  • Notify us that you intend to return the item(s) and for what reason.
  • Return the item(s) to us in the original packaging or as it was sold to you with the receipt within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Items returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless defective. All Equipment returns that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will only be accepted in brand new condition

For Items Sold With a Factory Warranty:

  • Iitem(s) may be repaired at no cost to the owner if found to be defective within the terms of the warranty. Ask your PCCS representative for more information on warranties.

For In-Store Purchases:

  • Bring the item(s) back to us during our regular business hours and we will process your return in store.

For Internet or Phone Orders Shipped to You:

  • Call us as soon as possible and we will quickly process your return over the phone.
