RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at Professional Carpet Cleaners Supply, you can return the product and get a full refund, exchange the product for another, or exchange the product for other item(s) of equal value. Our policy is simple:

  •  Notify us within 15 days of the purchase date that you intend to return the item(s).
  •  Provide to us the unsatifactory item(s) in the original packaging when possible or as it was sold to you with the receipt within 30 days of the purchase date.
  •  Items returned after 15 days from the purchase date without prior notification by the customer to PCCS of their intent to do so will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

For Items Sold With a Factory Warranty:

  •  The item(s) may be returned if found to be defective within the terms of the warranty. Ask your PCCS representative for more information on warranties.

For In-Store Purchases:

  •  Bring the item(s) back to us during our regular business hours and we will process your return in store.

For Internet or Phone Orders Shipped to You:

  •  Call us as soon as possible and we will quickly process your return over the phone and send a call tag for UPS to pick up the merchandise in question. Customers whose orders were shipped will have 15 days from the day they receive the shipment to notify us of their intent to return the items.
